Noah is inspired by a beautiful, hand-knitted sweater from our childhood, lovingly made by our aunt. We’ve always had a deep affection for sailor-style knits and traditional Aran patterns, especially the rich variety of cable stitches. Noah is our modern reinterpretation of that classic style - a timeless knit with a contemporary touch.

CONSTRUCTION
The Noah Knit is worked from the bottom up. First, the body is worked in the round on a circular needle in rib and pattern according to the chart up to the armholes, where the work is divided. From here, the back and front are worked flat separately.
On the front piece, stitches are bound off to shape the neckline, and the shoulders are shaped using short rows. The shoulders are then joined, and stitches are picked up around the neckline to work the neck ribbing in the round.
Stitches are picked up around each armhole to work the sleeves in the round, following the chart, and finished with rib. “Right” and “left” refer to the wearer’s right and left sides of the sweater.
