1. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT, FOR WHAT PURPOSES, AND WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING?

When you visit skallstudio.com

When you visit skallstudio.com, we automatically collect information about you and your use of the website. We register for example the type of browser you use, the search terms you use, your IP address (including your network location), and information about your computer.

The sole purpose of the data collection is to optimise the user experience and functionality of dk.skallstudio.com, and we use the information to target our marketing on various channels, such as Google Adwords.

This helps us to offer our users the most relevant content. The legal basis for the processing is article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

When you shop at skallstudio.com

When you purchase a product or communicate with us at skallstudio.com, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, method of payment, information about the products you purchase or may have returned, choice of delivery method, and information about the IP address from which the order was placed.

In order to shop online at Skall Studio, you must provide at least the following:

name, address, e-mail address and telephone/mobile phone number.

The purpose of this is to enable us to deliver the products you have ordered and otherwise fulfil our agreement with you, including administering your right to return products and submit complaints. We may also process information about your purchases in order to comply with legal requirements, including for bookkeeping and accounting purposes.

The IP address is collected at the time of purchase for fraud prevention purposes. The legal basis for the processing is article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Newsletters

If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect information about your name, e-mail address and mobile phone number, if any.

The purpose of this is to enable us to deliver newsletters to you. The legal basis for the processing is article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

2. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Recipients of personal data

Information about your name, address, e-mail, telephone number, order number and specific delivery wishes will be passed on to the carrier who will deliver the purchased goods to you. In the case of purchases of goods that are not in stock, this information may be passed on to the manufacturer or seller of the goods in question, who will then make the delivery.

The data may be entrusted to external partners who process the data on our behalf. Our partners may not use the information for any purpose other than to fulfil the agreement with us, and they are subject to the duty of confidentiality with respect to the information.

3. YOUR RIGHTS

You are at all times entitled to ask us what information we have recorded about you, for what purpose, who received it and where it came from.

4. DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

Information collected in connection with your subscription to our newsletter is deleted when your consent to the newsletter is withdrawn, unless we have another basis for processing the information.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures to prevent the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised disclosure or misuse of personal data. Only employees who have a genuine need to access your personal data in order to carry out their duties will have access to it.
